Crafted from two contrasting parcels in Monção e Melgaço — one high up the mountain, the other near the river — this Alvarinho blends tension, structure and aromatic depth.

Spontaneous fermentation.
Aged 6 months 100% in used French oak ( 2 of 500L) with 2 months of bâtonnage.
Unfined. Lightly filtered. No SO₂ during vinification.

Only 1,500 bottles.
